I have a full life - no doubt about it.
At times, I find myself being pulled in many directions. But what I have learned over the years is that when I walk into my studio to create, I feel a undeniable sense of peace (most of the time).
There are times I am so enveloped in the creative process, it is meditative - or what many refer to as "being in the zone." These are times of connectedness, when I feel the squeeze on my heart and a glow from my soul.
